SHIPPING 

 

The jewelry pieces on the website have already been made (ready made) therefore, once purchased the item will ship within 1 to 3 business days Monday through Friday. Shipping is not conducted during the holidays nor Saturday or Sunday at this time. During the days before shopping holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Black Friday, and Christmas, shipping will be conducted during the Saturday and Sunday before the holiday if applicable. 

Shipping will be via USPS First Class Mail (1 to 3 business days after it ships) or USPS Priority Mail(1 to 3 business days after it ships) depending on the weight with a tracking number and can be shipped to all 50 states in the United States.

International Shipping is not currently available at this time.

*Please note that due to COVID-19 pandemic, package arrival dates have been delayed in some instances. If you do not receive your package after it has shipped within the above listed timeframes, please feel free to reach out to us via email or your local post office with any questions.*

RETURNS

No refunds allowed on ready made items on the website, items purchased from an affiliate,  custom orders nor readings. 

Return Credit Policy
You may return ready made jewelry purchased online within 30 days for full store credit  if the following conditions apply:

• it shows no visible signs of wear

• it is returned with the original tag attached

1. Please send an email to wiherjewelry@gmail.com with the subject indicating "Order#" (Found on emailed receipt)

2. You will receive an email with instructions on shipping the product back and the store credit.
